Supporting our employees' charitable pursuits fosters a culture of engagement, making our company a better place to work while improving the world around us. Each quarter, one of our employees receives a charitable contribution in their name to a charity of their choice. So far, we've supported a children's soccer team, a no-kill animal shelter, a local Junior League chapter, and the EOD Warrior Foundation.
Mozaic Group also supports the LAGRANT Foundation, an organization that provides marketing scholarships to ethnically diverse college & graduate students majoring in Market Research or Marketing & Technology. We also meet periodically with scholarship recipients to educate them about the market research profession and showcase Mozaic Group's employment opportunities. Mozaic Group is committed to climate action; in an effort to achieve our sustainability goals, we've invested in a partnership with RyeStrategy, a CDP-accredited carbon management and climate disclosure firm specialized in supporting global enterprise companies with a mission to minimize their carbon footprint.
RyeStrategy helps us calculate our carbon footprint, implement custom mitigation strategies, and educate our staff on how we can make climate-focused decisions throughout our company to best support our commitment to decarbonization. Our long-term goal is to reach carbon neutrality, and we're well on our way!
